Your responsibilities

  • office and facility management, coordination with IT and other departments

  • assist in all matters regarding Governance, Risk, Compliance, Data Protection, Security

  • assist the Head Regional Sales Northern Europe

  • back-up for local HR admin and Finance officer in Germany

  • organize events, meetings, webinars (internal/external)

Our requirements

  • experience in a comparable position in the management office or office operations or sales operations

  • good organizational skills, service orientation, accurate working methods

  • strong communication skills, openness, flexibility, time management and multitasking skills

  • very good knowledge of MS Office

  • excellent verbal and written skills in English and German
