Your responsibilities

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems

  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

  • Collaborate with Legal and Accounting team

  • Managing office budgets

  • Organising induction programmes for new employees

  • Assist employees with local laws, procedures and questions

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

Our requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role, pereferable in IT company

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field

  • Understanding of Labor Code, basic aspects of polish legislation

  • Organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize

  • Attention to detail and a self-starter

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products
