Your responsibilities

  • Service of the office in Kraków.

  • Supervision over the proper flow of documentation in the company.

  • Collecting, verifying and analyzing information for use in documents and as reports, speeches, presentations.

  • Receiving and managing e-mail correspondence.

  • Preparation of official letters.

  • Coordination of business meetings.

  • Conducting and full responsibility for entrusted projects in administrative.

  • Organization of courses and training.

  • Preparation of spreadsheets in excel.

  • Supervising financial liabilities-making payments.

  • Contact with the vendors.

Our requirements

  • Graduated from administration / management or minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

  • Fluency in English essential and knowledge of German and would be an asset.

  • Very good communication skills.

  • Highly computer literate with strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

  • Strong reviewing skills.

  • The ability to make independent decisions and great organization of work.

  • Good manners.

  • Diligence responsibility, commitment and openness to help.
