    We are hiring an Office Manager to help us operating our new Warsaw office.

    We’re a digital product agency & startup studio based in Berlin with offices in London, Warsaw and Wroclaw. We help management teams at big companies innovate like startups. Our clients include airlines, international travel brands, banks and telecoms. We also build and launch our own ventures, like a privacy-focused messenger, AI for the automotive industry, a VR content creation platform and many more… We make products, not concepts and presentations.     What you’ll do as an Office Manager at YND:

    • Ensure the office runs smoothly.
    • Keep the space organised, well stocked, clean and a place that YND employees & partners are proud of
    • Support the team in the daily business and long term projects
    • Organise and manage internal and external events
    • Welcome guests to our new beautiful office
    • Assist in finance operations (e.g. inbound and outbound invoicing, monthly settlement, documentation of financial transactions, office expenses)
    • Be the first point of contact for employees questions about the office issues
    • Be responsible for placing orders (e.g. hardware, software, office supplies, food and beverages etc.)
    • Handle on and off-boarding of team members
    • Handle the office assets management
    • Assist in HR
    • Create and improve office management ways of working
    • Coordinate/book travel and accommodation for the teams


    • You have can-do attitude
    • You are native Polish speaker
    • You are excellent in English writing & speaking (German is a big plus)
    • You have 2+ years experience in office management/team assistant including preparing accounting
    • You have basic understanding of contracts types & taxation in Poland
    • You have worked within Software Development business in the past
    • You have a strong service attitude and love helping people while keeping a smile on your face
    • You are well organized and can keep a cool head, stay focused and come up with solutions even in challenging situations
    • You are an excellent communicator and have a great command of the English & German language
    • You have good working knowledge of Google Mail/Docs
