Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Smooth running of our hybrid office and taking care of our stationary office space and correspondence
  • Close cooperation with the company’s financial department (preparation of statements, issuing invoices, cooperation with our accounting team)
  • Research and data analysis which is very important for our business, writing reports and creating presentations
  • Communication and collaboration with other departments
  • Organizing meetings, integrations, travels, business trips and events
  • Contact with external suppliers

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 4[IW1] years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish and English (advanced level in speaking and writing)
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Very good organization of work (able to cope with diverse tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks)
  • A proactive approach - willingness to develop and learn
  • Openness and transparency in communication
  • Good knowledge of standard software packages (MS Office) and knowledge of remote tools (Slack, Skype, Zoom)
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Attention to detail
  • Oh, and we would love to see you face-to-face from time to time in our office in Warsaw

Mile widziane

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finances, and accounting tools
  • Fluent knowledge of Spanish
  • A degree in Administration or similar
  • Leadership abilities and the ability to “make things happen”
  • Great sense of humor
