Your responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support for HR processes to office and remote employees (contracts, annexes, holidays, onboarding)
- Cooperation with external accounting and HR office
- Assist in recruitment process (job postings, coordination of meetings with candidates)
- Providing sales operations support by ensuring effective document flow
- Marketing team support (cooperation with marketing products and services suppliers, internal workshops and conferences coordination)
- Office supplies and equipment supervision
Our requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in IT industry)
- Higher education
- Fluent Polish and English
- German will be an advantage
- People focus and good communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to details
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
