our Client from GameDev industry, we are currently looking for a person for the position of Office Manager
Coordinate all office related activities, including managing office reception desk, visitor and meetings hosting, taking care of tidiness and order in the office.
Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, shipments, calls and inquires (mail, couriers, other deliveries).
Administrating and ordering of all office equipment, supplies, furniture, and other purchases.
Aiding management team: preparing reports, summaries, analyses, notes taking during meetings.
Organization of business travel according to company’s policies: making all necessary arrangements regarding business trips for employees, liaising with travel agencies, documenting all travel costs.
Managing company documentation repository and archives.
Cooperation with accounting company: administration of the flow of documents related to accounts and employment.
Supporting company HR team in all HR related and administrative tasks like recruitment process and others.
Organization of company events.
At least 3 year of work experience in an office coordination role.
Warm personality, strong people orientation and ability to handle enquires and provide support with calm and efficient manner.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, proactive approach, and enthusiasm to work independently.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Proficient and effective user of key software packages, (eg. Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Polish.
