Office Manager
for our headquarter in Wroclaw.

YOUR MISSION
- Leading office processes
- Designing and implementing office policies
and procedures - Supporting opening of new studios
- Managing relationships with vendors and service
providers - Managing documentation and information flow
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and business trips, supporting organization of internal and external events
- Providing high-level support to the Management Board
SKILLS NEEDED
TO ACHIEVE THE NEXT LEVEL
- Proven, extensive experience on similar position, preferably in large organizations
- Fluent English (German would be a plus)
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Enthusiasm and “can do attitude”
- Ability to work with several projects at the same time
- High attention to details
- Excellent computer skills
- Sense of ownership and high commitment to entrusted tasks
- Driving license (cat. B)
- Flexibility with working hours (while needed)
