    • working closely with the Head of the Business Center and the Leadership Team the Center Program Manager ensures the appropriate support in running a Business Center
    • being involved in various projects with different level of responsibilities
    • coordinates Center's activities in the areas of Center's culture, internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
    • operates as a trusted partner to internal supporting teams on Center's programs and initiatives
    • organizes management team meetings, taking the notes and following up on action items
    • preparing reports and presentations
    • managing and control costs within the agreed budget
    • organizing staff’s business trips
    • supporting the Human Resource Team by performing administrative duties
    • liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
    • creating documents, reports, and correspondence
    • maintaining office services by organizing office operations
    • handling administrative requests and queries from employees and clients
    • providing support to customers and stakeholders by telephone and email
    • monitoring and maintain the office supplies and equipment
    • minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or similar
    • bachelor’s degree
    • project management experience
    • excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • ability to work independently on given tasks
    • self-confidence and excellent organizational skills
    • very good command of English, both written and spoken, German will be an asset
    • excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
