Your responsibilities

  • Analyses information on identified gaps and inconsistencies in the field of occupational health and safety:

  • conducts ongoing inspections and audits of safety and observations of behavior of employees;

  • examines compliance with the safety area requirements of Polish law and standards HEINEKEN;

  • proposes corrective actions and creates internal procedures, instructions or regulations.

  • Implements the correct process of investigation, documentation and analysis of accidents:

  • coordinates the accident investigation;

  • develops and oversees the implementation of safety recommendations;

  • leads documentation accidents and occupational diseases;

  • analyzes the incidents and near misses and verifies the effectiveness of the implemented prevention activities;

  • reports the data of cases in accordance with the guidelines of the Global Safety.

  • Leads documentation in the area of safety:

  • leads the required records;

  • archives documents relating to accidents and occupational diseases and harmful factors;

  • prepares periodic analysis of safety;

  • reports the data in the area of safety required by HEINEKEN.

  • Shapes the culture of safety within the organization:

  • conducts and initiates the training of employees in safety;

  • implements various forms of popularization and promotion of safety issues with the use of available channels of communication.

  • Coordinates the plan to improve safety in the organization:

  • elaborates company procedures and general safety instructions;advise on the application of the rules and regulations relating to health and safety and safe working methods;

  • consults training programs in the field of health and safety;

  • Advises on any health and safety related topics in Facility Team and HR Department.

  • Supports other departments with administrative tasks when needed.

Our requirements

  • Master safety or postgraduate studies in the field of occupational health and safety

  • Certificate of completion of periodic training for health and safety employees

  • Certified Internal Auditor for health and safety management systems

  • Excellent written and verbal English

  • 3 years' experience in the health and safety department in global company

  • Skill to use MS Office

  • Good communication skills

  • Details oriented

  • Proactive in identifying and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
