Your responsibilities

You will join our European Oil Planning Team in Katowice HUB and you’ll work at the core of our planning. You’ll plan, monitor, and order Oils. Working hand in hand with the SU planning team, logistics, and procurement, you’ll ensure exquisite service level and control cost for your SU, defining and implementing improvements projects.

You will join our European Oil Planning Team in Katowice HUB and you’ll work at the core of our planning on a daily basis you’ll create an up-date oil supply plan in SAP and take ownership over your portfolio monitoring performance (cost, Oil consumption, lanes performance, production stoppage). Once you ground yourself in the role you’ll have an opportunity to leave your own fingerprint on our operations by defining and implementing continuous improvement projects. You’ll work closely with a wide cross-functional network.

With Logistic Team you’ll follow up on oil deliveries and reduction of cost and CO2 emission, you’ll also support evaluation and selection of new 3PLs.

With the factory Planning Team, you’ll manage daily planning and control of oil demand in the factory, special/express shipments, and late notice requests/changes.

With Procurement Team and buyers you cooperate on oils orders processing, invoices discrepancies validation, cost control, and supplier relationship management.

Our requirements

What is your background?

You have initial experience in planning, preferably in Integrated Business Planning/ S&OP environment from FMCG or any other where shelf life is a constrain.

Ideally, you have a track record with SAP planning tools – if not no worries we’ll train you. Advanced Excel is a must.

You will be working in an extended cross-functional network, therefore you feel comfortable leading discussions driving conclusions, and giving recommendations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills give you ease in setting priorities and make you an excellent executor constantly monitoring and following up on goals.

You are a fluent Polish and English speaker.
