Works with internal Alcon customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop digital website / page solutions to deliver desired business outcomes
Develops user journeys and workflows that optimize user experience across all digital interactions with websites & digital products
Develops and runs A/B testing to improve core customer and web metrics such as visits, time on site, conversion and NPS.
Build and deliver websites and web pages within Alcon’s Site Studio content management system
Lead template development and management to ensure all brand and Alcon websites have an up to date set of templates that meet brand guidelines, technical and accessibility standards
Utilizes data and analytics to understand on-site customer behavior and adapt/change/amend digital content and workflows to improve business metrics and customer experience.
Builds sites and pages to defined SEO technical standards
Experience with PHP, CMS systems including; Drupal 8 CMS / Acquia Site Factory / Site Studio
Experience building front end web experiences with HTML/CSS/Sass/JS frameworks
Experience with website data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Quantum metrics, tealeaf, experience using A/B test tools.
Excellent communicator verbally, visually and with presentation of content
Deep understanding of end to end digital customer journeys
3+ yrs experience in Website Design and content management
Ability to manage and work within strict timelines in a fast paced changing environment
Experience of continuous deployment / working in Agile working methodologies
Experienced in working in matrix / large organizations
