About the project
The eCommerce Solutions Analyst guides business stakeholders to define solutions, bridging the gap between the business and technology to build engaging and highly personalized experiences for our customers. Works on projects from start to finish and responsibilities include designing, customizing and implementing the e-commerce application. Carry out a detailed study of the client requirements and carry out all the essential requirements for the same. Is responsible for undertaking a detailed research of the client requirements along with considering the user requirements. Then plans and designs the e-commerce application according to the researches made and sees to it that the application satisfies the client requirements. Must understand the latest trend in marketing, online shopping, security, and integration between the systems.
Identifying business needs and proposing related IT solutions.
Supporting the commercial team in pre-sales activities.
Identifying and applying the best-fit solutions for our customer.
Leading the implementation and integration of the the key back-end data services, API layers, and front-end applications to meet specific customer requirements.
Designing, customizing and implementing eCommerce solutions based on the MPO and /or Linker.
Designing and helping to build new features and functionality that will keep the OmniChannel platform up-to-date.
Analyzing and understanding client’s current-state OmniChannel landscape (defining UML for requirements definition and for systems design).
Supporting the commercial teams in creating the technical and functional offer proposal and and its presentations to the clients.
Preparation of documentation of performed works and dedicated instructions.
Cooperation with the ecosystem experts (WMS, TMS, Copacking…) and IT PMO Team, for setting up features of the global Omni-Channel implementation.
Omni-channel solution vendors management.
Development of procedures and their continuous improvement.
Benchmarking of e-commerce trends.
Developing your personal brand as a thought leader and Subject Matter Expert in OmniChannel space.
Extensive experience as E-Commerce Analyst / Web Analyst / E-Commerce Specialist / Implementation Specialist.
Knowledge of designing and implementing scalable OmniChannel applications (multi-store, multilingual or multi-currency eCommerce implementations).
Experience with the integration of various technology solutions for both B2B and B2C clients.
Ability to identify and implement performance optimizations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities.
Excellent understanding of business priorities.
Team spirit, excellent communication skills.
Good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
Openness for constant learning and up-skilling.
Experience in WMS, TMS, ERP integrations.
Experience with Google Data Studio and Google Analytics.
