What makes you a perfect candidate:
To be a successful onboarding specialist, you should have a good working knowledge of labor legislation and experience with HR practices. Ultimately, a top-notch onboarding specialist should be a great communicator with a flair for interacting with new people.
That is why we are looking for someone with:
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources management or a related field;
- 1+ years experience in a similar role (in onboarding area or Talent Team);
- People orientation and responsiveness;
- Superb communication and networking skills;
- Friendly and open-minded attitude;
- A creative mindset and a hands-on mentality;
- Ability to proactively offer solutions to business needs;
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, dealing with ambiguity and rapid change;
- Very good knowledge on MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint);
- Excellent English and Polish language skills.
Your future role
We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken onboarding specialist to join us. We see onboarding as a complex process of creating best experience for new joiners and our employees and we would like you to share those believes too!
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams to set up create corporate accounts for new employees;
- Inform and welcome new joiners;
- Introduce new hires to their teams;
- Act as a SPOC to new employees;
- Create and update our employee handbook;
- Schedule and oversee training sessions;
- Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires.
