Your responsibilities
Guide our partners on the way to their first accepted order on our Marketplace, and shortly afterwards
Be their go-to person about the challenges they come across during their first weeks on Miinto.
Supervise and execute the process for having Partner's products online on the marketplace - to achieve our KPI’s and SLA’s
Lead the onboarding communication with our Partners around the globe
Provide recommendation to Partners regarding the best possible integration approach
Validate the data -- we want the products to have the best data quality and you will be responsible for it
Provide training and guidance for Partners about our systems
Create various materials to support the onboarding process
Suggest and implement process improvements
Our requirements
Fluent knowledge of English and French
Quick learner and IT passionate
Great communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular with Excel
Goal- and customer-orientation
Being service minded and helpful
