    OneSource Contracts Team Manager
    Kraków / JR-007342
    Role description:
    • Leader to a team of Enterprise Contracts Coordinators, with a main responsibility to manage, coach and supervise, including performance reviews and feedback
    • Supporting Sales, Service, Program Management, Renewal team, Purchasing and Procurement departments with the successful New business and renewal implementation
    • Ownership of relationships with all departments related to OneSource Enterprise; Accounts payable, Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Procurement, Support centres, Service, Sales, Program management and Renewal team
    • Ownership of problems and escalations by providing feedback to the business, following up to ensure resolution and making corrective actions to prevent
    • Monitoring of Legal documents, SLA’s and customers’ contract data entry. Working with the legal teams, Program Management and Service to assist with Legal doc tracking and support
    • Liase with finance to provide correct datail for the success of the end of month accrual process
    • Involvement and subject matter expert in EMEA projects; New business, renewals, invoicing
    • Manage improvement projects, related to contract work and the affected related depts
    • SME for new business implementation, working diligently with the PMO to assist in implementation success
    • Supporting ongoing continuous company improvement
    • Reporting status of current contract processes to management (preparing reports for internal and external purposes). Running weekly conference calls to provide status
    • Creating, reporting and presenting department metrics to management
    • Manage Charm Process
    • Maintains Procedural documents for accuracy, making changes where necessary
    • Involved in Auditing meetings
    Role requirements:
    • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines
    • Demonstrated high level work ethic and organizational skills is a “must have”
    • Strong attention to detail; demonstrated accurate information transcription
    • Excellent Excel skills
    • Experience in SAP/ECC Essential
    • Project management experience desirable
    • Understanding of excellent Customer Service
    • Experience in SAP Business Objects & Spotfire reporting tools a bonus
    • Ability to communicate both internally & externally; orally and in writing
