Your responsibilities

As OneStream System Administrator you will be part of the small, international team responsible for timely maintenance, improvements and developments of OneStream – global financial reporting system supporting controlling of Electrolux CX&GO functions. This position will require a mix of competences. On one hand you will be in regular contact with Group and BA controllers in order to support them with their standard reporting tasks (technical support, e.g. system demonstrations, trainings, new reports creation, solving application-related issues, monitoring timely workflow certification). On the other hand you will be responsible for application maintenance and involved in the design and development of new system features.

You will be provided with internal and external trainings and will be supported by other experienced team members but in order to be truly successful in this position it will require from you a dedication, own work and ability to deep dive into technical details of the solution. The ideal candidate should be also well-organized, efficiently collaborate with other team members and have excellent communication skills to jointly create great experience for OneStream end-users. This position will report to OneStream Project Manager.

· Timely maintenance of the application (managing data sources/integrations, transformation rules, users workflows, dimensions and hierarchies, e.g. activation/inactivation of account, cost center, function)

· Add/change the code of business rules to support different type of automatic calculations

· Uploading the data from different financial systems

· Maintenance and creation of Data Loading Templates

· Onboarding and training new users

· Provide technical support to end-users in order to allow timely a correct reporting of Actual and Forecast

· Participate in different design workshops, document functional and technical requirements

· Implementation of new reports, dashboards, KPIs, improvements and new system functionalities

Our requirements

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics or any related

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in Finance/Reporting areas and Systems of an international company (e.g. Key User, System Specialist, Business Analyst, Reporting Specialist, etc.)

  • Very good Excel knowledge (advanced calculations or macro scripting)

  • Experience in creating/updating Functional and Technical Documentation

  • Fast learning

  • Problem-solving and continues improvement mindset

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Great team payer

  • English (fluent in speaking and writing)


  • Experience in Financial or Reporting tools’ maintenance and development

  • Experience in accounting/finance

  • Experience in training others (incl. training materials preparation)
