By joining our HR Customer Portal & Content Management Team you will have a chance to build up your career by shaping the way Credit Suisse employees access HR content and engage with HR. The focus of our Team is to ensure that HR portal and HR content are user-friendly, drive self-service adoption and HR content is current, accurate and compliant as a single point of contact for all queries regarding HR.

    • You will be part of phenomenal team that works together on creative projects to bring an excellent user experience to our business clients
    • You will create new content, ensure it is updated according to the content review framework and support our content publishing team and translators in the publishing process
    • You will write new content and re-write existing content ensuring it is user-friendly, of the highest quality and helps employees to self-service
    • You will support our Subject Matter Experts and content owners in reviewing, rewriting and publishing content
    • You will maintain key content documents in the relevant systems and in the HR Knowledge base including creation and continuous updating of the knowledge base, FAQ’s and chat bot artifacts
    • You will cooperate closely with the HR Service Centers, respective global/regional Subject Matter Experts and other partners to ensure content is compliant and user-friendly
    • You will provide content support and advisory for HR globally, as well as for other functions in the bank
    • You will assist with key HR portal & HR content projects

    • You hold a university degree in Journalism, German, English, Communications or a related field
    • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken) or fluent in German and good at English (written and spoken) 
    • You are excited about improving customer engagement and the overall user experience
    • You have some experience in customer portal or content management systems, in content writing and proofreading, particularly writing of end user / customer content, professional blog writing or digital marketing
    • You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite
    • You are passionate about new systems and bringing innovation to the HR content space
    • You can prioritize and work concurrently on multiple tasks to meet conflicting deadlines, while keeping high attention to detail
    • You are a dedicated self-starter with excellent organization, communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • You are a strong team player keen to work with a highly motivated team of professionals
    • You have good planning and time management skills

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience as content writer, publisher, content / customer portal system
    • Exposure to HR works streams
    • Basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage
