Your responsibilities

  • Shaping the sales policy on the domestic and foreign market,

  • Acquiring new customers (mainly B2B); negotiating contracts with new clients, terms of cooperation and commercial agreements,

  • Initiating and making decisions aimed at maximizing sales results,

  • Creating plans and sales strategy and supervising their implementation,

  • Defining goals and setting KPIs for the desired results and periodic evaluation of the results obtained,

  • Responsibility for the implementation of the sales plan, including periodic reporting of implementation levels,

  • Supervision over the processes of managing the effectiveness of new contracts in the production plant and in the construction and design department,

  • Cooperation and supervision over the Directors of the construction, design and production departments.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in acquiring new customers in the aviation industry,

  • Experience in effective and quick search for new orders and customers,

  • Knowledge of the realities of running a business on the aviation market; procedures, POA DOA certificates,

  • Higher education (preference for fields of study: Sales, Aviation, Management),

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and aviation terminology,

  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships aimed at achieving high efficiency in the team,

  • Practical knowledge in initiating activities aimed at implementing continuous improvement processes, improving efficiency; skills in optimizing production processes.

Optional

  • Knowledge of the production of composite elements,

  • Experience in managing a company with a production / construction profile.
