Operational Product OwnerNumer ref.: 133101

We are now looking for an Operational Product Owner to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. You will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.

You will:

• Make sure that the work is planned, executed and delivered per commitment
• Act as a guardian of team’s backlog. Receive, prioritize and approve team’s tasks
• Manage projects risks and external dependencies
• Negotiate with stakeholders regarding release, drop plans, SW deliveries, test scope
• Visualize and provide transparency on plans
• Frequent collaborate with other OPOs and stakeholders
• Participate in technical discussions
• Identify and share good practices and drive improvements
• Know own teams’ status and what scope fits into coming releases
• Participate in relevant program meetings representing own teams
• Give feedback on E2E time plan
• Provide input to decision assessments and synchronize the team’s work and deliveries with other included teams
