Your responsibilities
Understanding the Operating Model to be able to advise all stakeholders on the impact of any change of the model
Work with the Operational Readiness Lead to ensure all project documentation is in place, updated and in good order
Work with the Operational Readiness Lead to communicate to stakeholders/senior management the status of the program
Work with the Operational Readiness Lead and wider strategic program team with the co-ordination of benefit tracking, training and procedural updates
Create and update procedures with new processes and control points
Train the Operations teams on use of the new platform
Track and raise any training issues or system issues and coordinate with the core delivery team
Our requirements
Fluent English
Extensive knowledge of Asset Servicing and Custody products
Proven Business Analysis experience preferred
Project and Agile delivery experience preferred
Advanced computer skills (MS office suite applications)
