Your responsibilities

  • Understanding the Operating Model to be able to advise all stakeholders on the impact of any change of the model

  • Work with the Operational Readiness Lead to ensure all project documentation is in place, updated and in good order

  • Work with the Operational Readiness Lead to communicate to stakeholders/senior management the status of the program

  • Work with the Operational Readiness Lead and wider strategic program team with the co-ordination of benefit tracking, training and procedural updates

  • Create and update procedures with new processes and control points

  • Train the Operations teams on use of the new platform

  • Track and raise any training issues or system issues and coordinate with the core delivery team

Our requirements

  • Fluent English

  • Extensive knowledge of Asset Servicing and Custody products

  • Proven Business Analysis experience preferred

  • Project and Agile delivery experience preferred

  • Advanced computer skills (MS office suite applications)
