About the project

Who we are looking for

The role of Operational Risk Analyst, Assistant Vice President, is to support the Head of Operational Risk Management of State Street Bank International Poland Branch in achieving critical goals for primarily Global Delivery and Alternative Investment Services business lines. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements, or primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

Your responsibilities

  • Participate to the corporate and legal entity risk and control self- assessment programs (RCSA, LERA, MRI)

  • Participate with BRM to the in-depth review of major operational incidents through SWAT calls and Post Mortem

  • Complete Targeted Risk Assessments of key operational end-to-end processes within the prescribed timeframes and methodology

  • Participate in the regular reviews and enhancements of the Operational Key Risk Indicators

  • Assess the impact of new product, client on-boarding, technology change or operating model

Our requirements

  • Ability to learn quickly, self-reliant, detailed oriented, well organized and self‑motivated

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to take initiative for problem resolution

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)

  • University Degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance or banking or equivalent professional qualification

  • 6-7 years in Fund accounting, Derivatives and Securities valuation or custody services
