Your responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Operations Line, Line Risk Management, Risk Oversight, and other OC&R teams to design, develop and implement new Global Operations Risk reporting ensuring reporting requests and solutions are an appropriate part of the overall risk and control framework.

  • Rationalize and automate report inventory and convert to efficient production model using strategic tools, i.e. SQL/Alteryx/Tableau. Convert manual reports to streamlined or fully automated solutions and migrate tactical reporting onto a strategic reporting platform.

  • Partner with IT to implement Global Operations data strategy and migrate data sourcing to strategic data lake on premise and cloud platforms.

  • Collaborate with analytical teams across Global Operations and bank wide to identify commonalities and gaps, and advance implementation of strategic solutions with management support.

  • Document procedures for new data maintenance and reporting processes.

Our requirements

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to challenge the status que and think innovatively are also important. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure

  • A degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, Finance, IT, Mathematics or Accounting is preferred.

  • +4 years of proven experience are required in of the following areas: data management, business analysis, data analysis, in banking or finance.

  • Essential technical skills include: SQL, Excel, visualization tools (preferred Tableau), agile methodology, code versioning.

  • Desired technical skills include: Alteryx, Python, cloud technologies.
