    Operational Risk, Measurement and Process Automation Specialist # 106888

    The Risk division is a highly visible, dynamic area of the firm where you can be an integral part of decisions making that supports the bank’s business. Our responsibilities range from enterprise risk management to risk and finance reporting and regional risk teams covering the risk management for our entities. The Risk division's long-term success depends on our ability to achieve our vision and fulfil our mandate. Ultimately, this depends on the skills, experience and engagement of our employees.     • You will support in maintaining a comprehensive and accurate inventory of remediation actions and metrics (audit points, incident response actions, etc.) for the whole department globally
    • You will handle production of regular senior management level reporting and metrics on operational risk ensuring high quality, accuracy and timeliness
    • You will engage in various initiatives to drive data automation and process
    • You will oversee various regular and ad-hoc exercises related to operational risk review and remediation as well as analyzing large number of data to prepare executive summaries for Senior Management

    • You have 2-3 years of professional experience - preferably in a large organization, working with various-level partners across different departments
    • You are fluent in English
    • You present excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
    • You are capable to operate effectively across departments at different levels
    • You are an organized, self-starter with an ability to work independently. You take ownership of tasks, project manage them to their completion, and deliver under tight timelines with a high degree of accuracy.
    • You are secured working outside of the area of your expertise and with partial information
    • You have an inquisitive mind-set and great attention to detail
    • You are able to analyze large number of data and prepare key summary
    • You have phenomenal interpersonal and analytical skills
    • Preferably, you hold a degree in Business or Finance
    • You have advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills, VBA skills would be an asset
    • Experience in operational improvements and data automation would be a plus
