    Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking Candidates for the following position:

    Operations Analyst with English and Norwegian

    (Warsaw office)

    • Supporting insurance brokers from Norway in administrative activities
    • Managing and maintaining data
    • Collecting, extracting and analysing claims data
    • Matching claims data from Insurers’ with claims data provided by Marsh’s brokers
    • Preparing claims comparison reports
    • Client, contract and other account-related operations on records
    • Investigating and completing any changes as requested by the business
    • Implementing master data change management procedures
    • Participating in ad hoc projects
    • Supporting local team in process migration from abroad


    • BA degree
    • Very good English skills, good knowledge of Norwegian (B2)
    • Good command of MS Office (MS Excel)
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to build relationship with colleagues
    • Knowledge of insurance sector  will be a strong asset
    • Work in a people-oriented team with dynamic colleagues and leaders
