Your responsibilities
Place subscription and redemption orders
Repair orders (defects & rejects)
Settle the orders with foreign counterparties and on our clients’ accounts
Validate manual orders treatment
Investigate and Regularize cash & securities discrepancies
Prepare Corporate Action documents
Performing financial controls
Manage and track securities transfers
Ensure the business continuity
Apply standard rules
Exchange information in relation to the activity
Participate in the development of new projects

Our requirements
University degree
Fluent English and French
First experience in Fund industry, financial operations or SSC environment
Strong attention to details and high accuracy
MS Office knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Resiliency
Proactivity and ability to take initiative
