    The company is currently looking for the right candidates for the position of:

    Operations Controller
    Work location: Warszawa


    • Perform operational and financial analyzes within business units and specific Client accounts.
    • Develop and implement operational and financial controls to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide guidance and direction to internal team for improving operational and financial performance.
    • Prepare and manage contracts centrally.
    • Ensure clients contracts are delivered with the highest possible quality.
    • Support the invoicing process.
    • Work closely with Compliance and Finance teams to investigate and correct operational issues.
    • Prepare internal reporting package including operating metrics, financial controls and performance indicators that will help in improving business performance.
    • Ensure business operations are in compliance with company policies and best practices.
    • Implement, measure and report on the KPIs per contracts.
    • Coordinate accounts growth plans including P&L’s for top accounts.
    • Support the development and manage centralized dashboards on the accounts performance and unit performance.
    • Undertake any other reporting and coordinating activities that support achieving of the business objectives.


    • Fluent English.
    • Bachelor’s/M.A. degree in Finance, Economics or Management.
    • At least 4 years of work experience.
    • Proficient knowledge of MSOffice.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • People person, with demonstrated conceptual and visualization skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Highly analytical and good visualization skills.
    • Creative and pragmatic mind-set.
