Your responsibilities

  • The main goals of this position will be the implementation of a development strategy for the assembly of lithium batteries and chargers for a global production group. Responsibilities will relate to the management and coordination of production, logistics, procurement, quality, engineering, safety, environmental protection.

  • Coordinate, set direction and set goals to optimize efficiency, quality, service and costs

  • Define and implement a strategy for lithium chargers and batteries

  • Achieve production KPIs in line with your budget and the philosophy of lean and continuous improvement, as well as high customer satisfaction with delivery time and product quality.

  • Carry out changes in the Plant and third parties, and implement new products, processes and production technologies in the plant.

  • Control and manage all projects during the fiscal year to achieve the best result for the plant.

  • Participate in cross-functional European projects.

  • Ensure supplier quality and confirm that the team has resources at their disposal to achieve high plant performance.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in managing production plants in BATTERY SECTOR with high capital intensity overseeing many complex production disciplines, desirable experience in the automotive industry.

  • Experience in the battery production sector, knowledge in the field of electronics but also the supply chain. It is a strategic position regarding the business line related to the purchase of components for chargers and lithium-ion batteries.

  • 10+ years in Lean or Six Sigma operations or production, 5 years as a Production Leader, knowledge and experience in Lean and / or Six Sigma improvement methods.

  • Fluent English.

  • Experience working with internal and external clients and stakeholders to understand and resolve problems and concerns, identify and understand specific needs, build and maintain effective relationships.

  • Experience in creating and setting stretch budgets and managing them on an annual basis.

  • Experience in quality management in a complex environment with stringent customer and regulatory specifications, and quality standards using problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership to train, develop and motivate team.
