The objective of this role is to oversee operations of all service lines delivered for a strategic Client and ensure an integrated delivery to the Client. Furthermore, this role will support the Global Operations Director in the day to day operations of the global contract.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
  • Act as a single point of contact for the delivery of services delivered from the Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Manage the delivery of Client’s strategic reporting
  • Ensure the team is properly staffed and workload is distributed to allow sustainable service delivery
  • Manage service delivery through agreed global KPIs
  • Ensure compliance processes for the global account team, including obligatory training and digital platform access management
  • Ensure compliance to all Client and JLL processes and templates (where required)
  • Measure progress against process implementation, HR turnover, added value initiatives, tracking relationship communications and issue resolutions
  • Drive best practice and a continuous improvement program for project delivery across all business functions
  • Champion the data transformation for the Client and ensure smooth adoption of any new technology within the delivery services
  • Actively manage the professional development of all direct and matrix reports
  • Prepare and implement Succession Plans for key team members
  • Excellence in English is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position (in managing client service delivery)
  • Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations
  • Good understanding of financial and legal business drivers in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of people management across multi-functional teams
  • Experience in real estate will be a strong asset
  • Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
