Your responsibilities
Leading a team consisting of more than 50 people delivering Record to Report services globally, across all geographies
Coaching and developing talents along with supporting and developing the first line managers and staff
Motivating staff to ensure high performance, good working environment and low staff retention
Driving execution of RTR activities ensuring their timeliness, efficiency, effectiveness and compliance
Ensuring all processes performed comply with corporate and external regulations, policies and standards
Driving continuous improvement initiatives in RTR organization in collaboration with Global Process Owner and Global Process Management team
Meeting performance targets and efficiency targets
Effectively managing operational issue resolutions and escalations paired with ensuring final de-escalation with internal and external stakeholders
Contributing towards the achievement of GBS Hub strategic and operational objectives
Acting as a role model an effective collaboration with other GBS teams and other business units
Our requirements
Sound experience in managing finance processes operations – General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Inventory, Transfer Pricing and Taxes (more than 5 years)
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations (including Polish regulations)
Experience in leading teams and organizations in outsources operations environment with multilingual teams
Service orientation and service partnership with ability to meet targets on a continuing basis
Finance process expert, ideally ACCA, CIMA, CPA certificate or big 4 auditor experience
Proven focus on continuous improvement and LEAN
Strong organizational paired with ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities across different business
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a solution-oriented environment
Experience in working in virtual, networked international organization
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Change management experience
Fluent in English speaking and writing
