developing organization: securing efficient and effective personnel
developing web based educational / on-line trainings
developing and securing trainer network; monitoring and auditing of
educational trainers and sub-contractors to secure high quality operations
setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPI)’s (both internal and external)
sales and marketing; lead sales (and later sales team) by own example, develop and maintain
customer database and marketing team (in the future), discover market and operational intelligence
overall responsibility of company equipment and know-how
overall profit and loss responsibility; however, bookkeeping and finances are outsourced
Good knowledge and experience in ON-LINE educational / training market (over 2 years)
Good management and leadership skills with special experience in sales
Previous (proven) profit and loss responsibility / experience
Excellent negotiation skills
At least the following languages: Polish, English
