    The Credit Suisse Asset Servicing team within Swiss Universal Bank is currently looking to hire a Specialist for our Asset Servicing Fund Platform Management Team. This position will offer you the unique working experience in the fund administration world. You’ll be part of a highly motivated team that’s providing high quality services to internal and external clients in a very dynamic environment.


    It’s an opportunity to gain knowledge on CS Asset Servicing businesses and related systems, that will help to take your career to the next level. Working in strong collaboration with different business and IT teams in 4 locations you will be responsible for:

    • Independently supporting our internal clients from fund administration departments on our MultiFonds platform as well as external clients (e.g. portfolio managers).
    • Parameterization of various applications (Temenos-Multifonds and various in-house applications) in the scope of new fund launches, client onboarding, system and operational related changes.
    • Systematic maintenance of system parameters in the life-cycle of the fund structure changes, new parameter additions, new software release versions, etc.
    • Investigate and resolve the functional issues faced by users by coordinating with diverse teams (Business, IT support L2/L3 IT teams) following ITIL framework of communication and escalation.
    • Work as a critical interface function between business and IT.
    • Work in an international context (cross locations) by providing user support to all our platform users.

    • You have 2-5 years of experience in fund administration/investment accounting or broad IT knowledge and practical experience.
    • Your affinity to IT systems, i.e. looking for ways how to support business processes with applications is required.
    • Your broad and deep knowledge of application “Multifonds” from Temenos (former IGEFI) is beneficial.
    • You demonstrate high analytical skills and ability to compile findings in a concept, derive and describe business requirements.
    • You have SQL skills.
    • Ability to work independently and self-driven.
    • You are a dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve.
    • You have good communication skills.
    • University or Polytechnic degree is a plus.
    • You are fluent in English (oral and written).
