Your responsibilities

  • Collaborating with functional leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects

  • Managing and controlling defined projects that are complex, cross-functional and strategic in nature

  • Planning project management plan, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables

  • Analyzing data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation

  • Providing progress reports, financial reports and budget outlines to Executives

  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards

  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes (excluding IT PMO and new investments)

  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, meeting deadlines and achieving deliverables to the high quality expectations

  • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification

  • Analyze locations conducted improvement projects together with functional leaders to identify opportunities for wider improvement projects

  • Managing scope changes, publishing clear and concise status communications, ensuring high quality deliverables and consistently satisfying expectations and requirements

  • Motivating and assisting team members, organizing task assignments, facilitating team meetings, negotiating desired outcomes, balancing the needs of Business stakeholders and ensuring high quality processes and deliverables

Our requirements

  • Master/Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or related field

  • 10+ years overall professional experience

  • 5+ years project management experience

  • Experience to implement project plans and monitor progress, resource utilization, and deliverable quality

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • A minimum of five years' experience in manufacturing company, preferably experience in the field of safety

  • Strong leadership skills, experience to operate in multi-cultural environment

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and technical skills, impeccable attention to details

  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

  • Proficiency with MS Project, Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent English

  • Ability to travel 10-25%

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate person to join our constantly growing and very exciting business.

Under general direction of the Group Quality & Safety Office, the Project Manager is accountable for delivering the intended business value of mandatory investments in a timely manner to existing factories, within budget and per stakeholder requirements and expectations. He/she is responsible for controlling all aspects of assigned projects per company policies and procedures from initiation through final implementation. Ensure collaboration with the factories to reach project implementation targets.
