Your responsibilities
Identify and implement improvement initiatives in the field of eCommerce logistics and supply chain management
Plan and execute strategic growth and improvement project base analysing data and identifying improvements in operations and logistics processes
Analysis and modeling of business processes, documenting the relevant analytical and project information, design analytic to monitor the accuracy /reasonableness of the system eliminations for intercompany revenue, cost of goods and markup
Deliver measurable improvement results and ensure sustainability of the implemented changes, supporting timely delivery of requirements throughout the refinement process
Create and support functional and non-functional specifications and documentation, optimization of existing reporting processes, creating analyzes, operations reports and other management reports in the scope of the above-mentioned area
Our requirements
At least 3+ of professional experience with a proven track record in analytical roles preferably in consulting industry
Natural leadership talent able to work well with everyone from shop floor worker to the CEO
Structured, proactive and goal oriented working style, analytically very strong, advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
The combination of a lot of curiosity with a low-ego, „get your hands dirty” and self-starter attitude
Very strong analytics with a quantitative background in engineering, science, economics or similar
Analyzing business requirements, ability to document business needs / applied solutions and their clear visualization
Creativity in finding solutions, independence and the ability to set priorities, strong, proactive communication skills across all hierarchy levels
Excellent Polish and English skills
