Be in charge of Couriers fleet organization
Have responsibility for the recruitment and training of Glovers
Upload new Couriers (Glovers) in our system, with all required documentation and information
Be responsible for Glovers contracts and documentation
Support Glovers with possible queries and FAQs
Assure every Glover has every required material
Analyze fleet's progress and develop reports to track and create improvements
Support the Area Operations Manager with fleets reports and metrics about the operations
Report to the Area Operations Manager regarding the fleet
Great people and leadership skills - you will be the person of reference for our Glovers Fleet :)
Really good communications skills and customer service approach
Orientation to detail, proactivity and great organization skills
Proficient Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
Fluency in English and Polish: mandatory (Ukrainian will be a plus!)
An analytical approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
