Your responsibilities
- Retrieve, transform, and upload daily sales and inventory data into the ERP system
- The error solving during the upload process, and work closely with local team, finance and accounting to solve any issues related to data.
- Execute day-to-day tasks related to manual invoicing and invoice corrections. Work closely with finance and accounting to help resolve any hot issues that arise related to invoices.
- Interface both externally with local customers in the market and internally with the commercial country organization, sales managers, accounting and supply chain management.
- Support with month end and internal control reporting in align with global requirements.
- Act as escalation point and provide support for sales and inventory data related questions to local and global team.
Our requirements
- Subject matter experience – you hold a degree in business administration, logistics, order management or a related field and have already gained practical experience in a similar position.
- Oversee interdependencies – you show an understanding of supporting functions such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Finance and Systems Administration.
- Customer Focus – You demonstrate an excellent understanding of internal and external customer requirements, proactive communication (oral and written – English, and Italian and/or French, further languages welcome), and resolution of issues aligned with the country finance team.
- Problem solving – you identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather details and analyze information skillfully and maintain confidentiality.
- Technical experience – you gained proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as thorough knowledge of working with ERP system.
- Flexibility – you work effectively independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, while process multiple tasks.
- Forward thinking – you tackle tasks with confidence, particularly during times of increased pressure, remain open to others' ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things.
- Respect and integrity – you are above reproach and exemplify a high standard of character in all interactions.
