Operations Support Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Monthly platform procurement planning: collecting procurement plans from platform units and business units, handling application e-flow and required documents
- Providing monthly procurement information to finance for budget forecast and cash plan
- Procurement project supporting: organizing JRT meeting, collecting meeting minutes
- Coordinating procurement projects and information collection from BU/suppliers
- Asset management and related processes: bookkeeper for all platform and project assets, including managing new asset registration, asset transferring, asset disposal
- Semi-annual inventory checking and other asset related company compliance issues in cooperation with storage room keeper
- Developing and optimizing the process of asset management
- All other operation related tasks
Our requirements
- Proficient command of English and fluent in Chinese preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle simultaneous tasks efficiently
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Exceptional attention to detail
- At least Bachelor’s degree in e.g. Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Technology.
