Operations Transformation (Continuous Improvement) Consultant

What you will do:

  • Support and lead Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement projects in Operations across various locations with cooperation with Operations Transformation Lead
  • Identify improvement opportunities with the use of various methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma
  • Develop and deliver transformation plan to drive a step change in operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Project manage and oversee a number of improvement initiatives, including managing plans schedules, progress, reporting key metrics, managing communication with key stakeholders, managing risks etc.
  • Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by consistently delivering value add services. Work with stakeholders from various departments, including Operations, Front Office, Compliance, Audit, Finance, HR etc., to identify and deliver improvements within the Bank
  • Contribute to creating a Continuous Improvement culture in the organisation. Mentor and coach junior colleagues

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in business consulting and/or change management (3+ years). Proven track of record in delivering transformational projects
  • Knowledge and experience in using process reengineering methodologies, e.g. Lean / Six Sigma (certification will be an asset)
  • Strong Project Management background and proven experience in using Project Management methodologies, e.g. Agile PM, PMP etc. (certification will be an asset)
  • Strong planning and organisation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and provide high quality results under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to manage & engage stakeholders, negotiate in situations of conflicting interests, and influence key decision makers
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency in analysing data and drawing conclusions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
  • Exceptional professional presentation skills. Experience in facilitating meetings, developing and engaging in discussions
  • Excellent English
  • Polish not a must but nice to have
  • Understanding & experience in Payments Operations will be an asset
  • Experience in Performance Management and Operational Excellence will be an asset
