Processing Amendments, Pricing sheets or quotes etc. for service requests
Creation of training curriculum & Work Instructions
Interaction with the sales team through chat or calls through Microsoft Teams
Identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement
Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.
Attend process level meetings i.e client facing
Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions.
Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions
Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment
Manage implementation of automation initiatives for the team
English on at least B2 level and German on C1 level
Higher education degree, preferably in related area
Experience in using Salesforce
Good MS Excel & Word skills
Good communication & analytical skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs and solve problems proactively
Ability to focus on deadlines and prioritize day to day work
Training experience is preferred
Identify/Implement process and operational improvement opportunities
Internal QA would be handy
Experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage
Experience in the areas of performance management (calibrations), talent management, and organizational development will be a great asset!
