Your responsibilities

  • English on at least B2 level and Spanish on C1 level

  • Very good MS Excel & Word skills

  • At least 2 year of experience in Order Management area

  • Experience in working on Order to Cash process i.e Agreements/Contracts, Quote Management will be an asset

  • Good communication & analytical skills

  • Can-do approach

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience in using Salesforce

Our requirements

  • Support Request on behalf of sales force i.e Amendments, Pricing sheets or quotes etc. for service requests.

  • Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.

  • Build training curriculum & Work Instructions.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement.

  • Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
