Your responsibilities
Design, construction, integration, testing of optical systems for applications in the space sector
Conducting thermal and structural analyzes of designed systems
Measurement and calibration of optical systems
Preparation of project documentation
Communication with the business development department to meet customer requirements
Our requirements
Degree in optical engineering, optoelectronics, technical physics or similar
Experience in the design, construction, integration, testing and optimization of optical systems (nice to have)
Knowledge of methods and tools e.g. Zemax OpticStudio, Oslo, Code V, for design and analysis of optical systems (nice to have)
Solid understanding of math and physics
Willingness to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment
Ability to work under time pressure
The ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary and international team members
Fluent communication in English
