About the project
The position is a part of the Global Oracle ERP support organization and is responsible for ongoing support and new configuration requests, specific to PwC’s Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
Your responsibilities
A part of the global technology team, responsible for a global roll-out and support of Oracle FI in Cloud across the PwC network worldwide
Develop high expertise level in resolving challenging functional and technical issues with a focus on financial modules of the application
Handling tasks including problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, supporting production documenting, and implementation support
Participate in the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization
Provide day-to-day end-user second level support for global systems
Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of problems, the users are facing
Resolve functional problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
Manage system configuration in accordance to corporate guidelines and policies
Monitor system scheduled tasks and take actions to solve reported bugs and incidents
Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes
Our requirements
Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Information Systems or a related field
Minimum of 4 years experience working with Oracle ERP based solutions (eBS and/or Fusion financials modules - P2P experience preferred)
Extensive experience in business systems service deliver
Solid foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems
Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and IT communities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Fluent English
