Order Management (Customer Care Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing orders from customers
• Providing the client assistance and instructions in the scope of placing orders (minimum orders, logistics, cooperation with the warehouse - logistics of external companies in the scope of monitoring and control of deliveries)
• Entering orders, checking production status, sending materials and invoices to the customer
• Verification of orders, forwarding confirmation to the customer
• Checking that orders have been properly delivered
• Handling customer complaints, issuing corrective invoices
• Close cooperation with the Sales, Planning and Logistics Department.
