Your responsibilities

  • Processing and managing customer orders from start to finish including customer communications

  • Backoffice tasks such as FOC/FOL, Scientific, CE Self – Collectors, Master data cases, BKO Bot, Allocations, Rollovers

  • Attending calls and follow up on internal stakeholders including reporting the outstanding items to relevant stakeholders

  • Ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned activities

  • Providing input to the improvement of the operating procedures

  • Initiating and leading the process changes and enhancements

  • Provide dedicated order management and supply chain/logistics expertise;

  • Identify and solve systemic and complex order fulfilment and supply chain related issues;

  • Identify opportunities to improve own, team, and department efficiency, evaluating risks / opportunities;

  • Understand KPI requirements in order to achieve and exceed desired results;

  • Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes;

  • Back up team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager

  • Develop action plans to resolve operations issues and coordinate their implementation;

  • Understand and fulfil all regulations of the internal policies of the company;

  • Fulfil all reporting related activities in a timely manner, ensure periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on time and to the expectations set by the Customer, Stakeholders or Team Leader;

  • Enhance reporting capability and quality on an individual basis and under discussion with Team Leader;

Our requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer facing experience in customer service / customer facing roles

  • Customer relationship management skills

  • To be accountable and take ownership

  • Be able to work with multiple deadlines/tasks

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time managements skills, sense of urgency, able to separate urgent and important

  • Enthusiastic, resilient and able to manage pressured situations

  • SAP skills will be ideal

  • Attention to detail, Analytical and high level of accuracy

  • Fluent English is essential (C1)
