Your responsibilities

  • Processing and managing customer`s orders from the moment of receiving an order till the product is delivered

  • Take the responsibility of the Customers’ logistics claims, investigate the complaint, create credit/debit notes and returns, liaise with stakeholders when required.

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis, such as: Sales, Marketing, Master Data, Collections, Pricing, Logistics, Transport, Subject Matter Experts, Internal Control, IT etc.

  • Pro-actively communicate challenges and search for the optimal solutions adjusted to the current situation. Provide dedicated order management and supply chain/logistics expertise.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with own Customers. Provide great experience to increase Customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve enquiries and delivery queries promptly and liaise with interested parties, communicating both progress and the outcome. Identify and solve systemic and complex order fulfilment and supply chain related issues.

  • Participating in process improvement activities to maximize profits and align or standardize processes

Our requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Order Management / Customer Service / Order To Cash / Supply Chain roles

  • Very good knowledge of Widows and MS Office tools

  • SAP skills would be an additional asset

  • Problem solving skills and analytical mindset

  • Time managements skills, ability to prioritize work and deal with the pressure,

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Fluent English

  • Fluent Italian, as you will be working with Italian customer & stakeholders

As Order Management & Logistic Specialist you will be the main point of contact for own Customers and multiple internal stakeholders from Italy. You will be responsible for all ordering activities and enquiry/query management to resolution, across the entire Order to Delivery (OTD) process. You will be maintaining order data within our SAP R/3 System.
