Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating the entire end-to-end deliver process for our business-to-business customers.

  • Building strong and long-lasting relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Export arrangements coordination.

  • Cooperation with various internal departments.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the process for customers and act effectively in taking them forward as appropriate.

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English - both written and spoken (C1 level).

  • Previous experience within logistics, order management or customer service is nice to have.

  • Experience in using Microsoft applications and SAP is preferable, but not a must.

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels

  • Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a dynamic changing environment.
