Your responsibilities
Conduct contract reviews and enter orders/schedules into the SAP system,
Act as the main point of contact for customers,
Prioritize and expedite orders based on customer requests,
Manage requests for quotations and process customer returns,
Investigate and resolve credit/debit requests and address related queries.
Employer requirements
Have a previous professional experience in Order Management/Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Procurement or Sale,
Are fluent in German in English (min. B2 level),
Are customer- oriented with excellent communication skills.
Optional
SAP or Salesforce.com familiarity
Supply chain knowledge.
