As a global leader in coatings industry, due to the dynamic development of new business center in Wrocław - PPG Global Business Services, we are looking for Candidates for the position:


Order Management Specialist with Czech/Slovak/Hungarian [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]


  • Ensure timely and accurate order entry upon receiving customer’s purchase orders
  • Monitor the complete sales process from quote to invoice making sure customer needs are respected. Keep stakeholders updated about current processing status
  • Monitor the delivery process and resolve any possible issues
  • Product Price and Contract maintenance according to internal rules
  • Registration of disputes and taking corrective actions for the non-technical complaints
  • Answer customer queries, giving accurate product information and where possible solve issues raised to maintain a high level of customer service
  • Respect PPG’s core values and comply with company policy
  • Participate in projects concerning customer service operations
  • Assist in training & onboarding of new employees

Our requirements:

  • 2 years of working in Customer Service, Supply Chain or similar process/role where dealing with the Customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech/Slovak/Hungarian is a must
  • System knowledge skills utilizing Microsoft environments, knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP system is an asset
  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in international environment across cultures
  • Quick learner with competence to resolve queries
