Currently, for one of our Clients – one of the largest producers, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with Czech.
The duties are a mix of international customer care (contact with Czech Clients) and order management (contact with internal departments and mills). The place of work is Włochy, Warsaw (only a hybrid system of work 50/50 is possible). Your responsibilities
Communication (via phone and e-mail) with the customers – deadline inquiries, prices, deliveries, order status, certificates, technical information, claims, payment delays
Proactive follow-up of stock and inventory tracking
Precise and effective booking of production proposals & orders based on specific inquiries from the customers
Coordinating the deliveries and solving delivery issues together with the logistic teams of the respective mills
Employer requirements
Excellent knowledge of Czech (at least C1)
Knowledge of English and Polish
Experience in a similar position
Independence and high work culture
Customer orientation and good communication skills
Optional
Good knowledge of the office software (MsOffice); experience with ERP systems of any kind
