Order Management Specialist with EnglishNumer ref.: Location: Lodz

In this role, you have the opportunity to

live your passion to Supply Chain and be responsible for timely and accurate processing of incoming orders

You are responsible for

  • Managing  sales orders

  • Processing order activities in SAP and other supporting applications.

  • Processing order changes

  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders.

  • Providing excellent customer service for our customers

  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

  • Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.

You are a part of

our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź, where we centralize essential Philips business processes. We offer support to HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and many other departments. Giving you the opportunity to work across multiple teams and functions, and on challenging and rewarding projects in a dynamic and fast-growing organization. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience

  • 1-3 years experiences within Order Management

  • Knowledge of logistics / supply chain (preferred)

  • Very good level of English is a must

  • Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills.

  • Good communication skills (to factories and customers).

  • Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior.
